Harley Duggan is a passionate & inspired bass player. His love for the bottom end has opened his heart to every style of music. From funk to rock, reggae to pop, country, punk, soul and blues. He draws inspiration from bassists such as James Jamerson, Phil Chen, Aston Barrett, George Porter Jr, Jerry Jemmott, Larry Graham, Pino Palladino, Louis Johnson, Marcus Miller, Duck Dunn, Geezer Butler, Andy Fraser, Jack Bruce, Verdine White, Paul McCartney, & Sting. But his strongest influences are John Paul Jones for his phrasing & tone, & Michael Balzary (aka Flea) for his energy & creativity.

Harley toured with Black Flag from 2022 to 2024. Playing major festivals all around
the world. Including Hell Fest (Clisson France), Hell & Heaven Fest (Mexico City),
Mighty Sounds (Czech Republic), Hammersonic Fest (Indonesia), Jera On Air (Netherlands),
Resurrection Fest (Spain), and Dark Mofo Fest (Tasmania, Australia). The touring continued
throughout America, The UK, Southern Ireland, Europe, Japan, and Australia.
